1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Finance: FinanceTracker ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Description of Service
Finance: FinanceTracker is a personal finance management application that allows you to track income and expenses, scan receipts, view financial reports, and manage your budget. The App is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.
3. Account Registration
- You may use the App by signing in with Apple, Google, or an email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free and Premium Tiers
The App is offered in two tiers:
- Free Tier: Includes core transaction tracking features with limited receipt scans per month, basic export options, and ad-supported usage.
- Premium Tier: Unlocks unlimited receipt scans, all export formats (PDF, CSV, Excel), advanced AI-powered insights, ad-free experience, and priority iCloud sync. Available via monthly, 3-month, or 6-month subscription plans.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the designated period.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the prices shown at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period upon cancellation.
- Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App to transmit malicious code or interfere with its operation.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
7. Your Financial Data
- You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the App.
- Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to iCloud (Apple Sign In) or Firebase (Google/email Sign In).
- We do not access, analyze, or share your personal financial data.
- When you sign out of the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted from your device.
8. Receipt Scanning
- Receipt scanning uses on-device OCR technology to extract text from images.
- Receipt images are processed locally and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
- Free-tier users are limited to a set number of receipt scans per month. Premium users have unlimited scans.
9. Advertisements
Free-tier users will see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements. Ad targeting is subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent on iOS.
10. Intellectual Property
The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Muhammet Dikran Teymur and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Finance: FinanceTracker is a personal finance management tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUHAMMET DIKRAN TEYMUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
