End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Muhammet Dikran Teymur ("Developer") for the use of Finance: FinanceTracker ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

4. Premium Subscription

• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period when canceled.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Application. The Developer does not claim any ownership rights over your data. Your data is used solely to provide the Application's functionality as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services including Firebase, iCloud/CloudKit, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Advertisements

The free tier of the Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements. Ad serving is governed by Google's advertising policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Application is a personal finance management tool and does not provide financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Muhammet Dikran Teymur. The Application is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

12. Apple's Role

This EULA is between you and the Developer, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the Application.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to This EULA

The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
